1. General

These Terms govern your use of the automotive advisory and concierge services provided by ainexusdidgital.com ("we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023.

2. Services & Distance Contracts

We provide independent automotive advice, sourcing assistance, and concierge coordination. We are not a dealer, manufacturer, or insurer. Before any distance contract, we provide clear info on the service, price, duration, cancellation rights, and complaint procedure as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023.

3. Fees, Responsibilities & Liability

Fees are agreed in advance. You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service; nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

4. Complaints & Governing Law

You may file complaints via email or phone; we aim to resolve within 30 days. You have the right to apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or a court, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023. Governing law: Ukraine.

5. Privacy & Advertising

We process data under Law of Ukraine No. 3557-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 06.12.2023. See our Privacy Policy. Advertising content complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 03.07.1996.
